- AVAndres Vernaza5 days ago1.0To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally address a recurring issue with a specific team member at your Hampton Bays location. I want to be transparent — I do not typically submit complaints, but this situation has now happened three times and I feel it can no longer go unaddressed. Your chia banana smoothie has become one of my favorites, and I am a regular online customer. Today I placed my order online from outside the store, as I always do, and came in to pick it up. My order was visible on the screen when I arrived, so I waited patiently. A colleague of hers stepped in and kindly asked if I was waiting for an açaí, to which I clarified I was waiting for a chia banana smoothie. It was at that point I realized my ticket had disappeared from the screen entirely. This is the third time this same employee has been dismissive, rude, and disrespectful — toward customers, toward her coworkers, and toward the brand itself. It is my strong belief that she deliberately removed my ticket from the display. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. I am not looking to cause trouble. I simply ask that this be addressed seriously, because customers notice, and so do her coworkers. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
