  Went there three times. They got my order wrong each. I called; they didn’t even make my order. I walk in; they get it completely wrong and I end up paying more. Go there again today ordering on the app for a frozen coffee with cream and they gave me a chocolate frozen coffee, which I didn’t ask for. Not very good at listening and won’t be coming back.

  Store is never opened on time in the morning. I have made several mobile orders for shortly after opening and nobody was there. I have contacted the store, corporate and every number I can find, and have not been issued any refunds. Avoid this location.

  Disgusting how this business has only one person working at 6:30 AM with a line going out the door and people frustrated. Dunkin’ Donuts is supposed to be a place where it’s fast paced you’re in and you’re out next customer. I’m not only writing this review on Google. I’m also reaching out to corporate because that’s very unacceptable to have one employee in a busy area at a busy time with a line at the door working by themselves minimum. The store should have always two people you’re at a high traffic location. That’s so sad
