  Absolutely Terrible customer service. It’s mind blowing to me to me that the blonde with glasses still has a job for the amount of times I have witnessed her rude to a customer. Just because you are short staffed, do not take your frustrations or your attitude out on customers. Shame on Dunkin for allowing this to continue and in front of an entire lobby of guests. I have worked in restaurant management for 20+ years, I would never allow my staff to treat someone that way. Sorry, but no thank you, do better!

  We ordered 2 hot caramel lattes...$10 and change. They were barely warm and not quite what we expected, and since we didn't sip them until we got in the car to know they weren't hot, (lesson learned) we went in search of a HOT coffee elsewhere. My boyfriend requires HOT coffee, so that was disappointing. The staff was very friendly, though.

  Went to Dunkin in Hamilton this morning through the drive thru & ordered peppermint mocha coffees, the drive thru person said they didn’t have mocha so we asked about another drink. She was snotty & replied that she could make the peppermint mocha drinks just had to choose skim, almond, or oatnut milk that they didn’t have whole milk. We get upto the window & they hand one of them out & I said they needed to be iced, the window girl took it back rudely while telling another worker they needed to be iced & then all of us in the car heard another worker yell ‘are you fricken kidding me?’ Rudely & nasty! The window person came back & rudely told me that I had to pull around to the other side. When she brought the drinks out, I apologized & told her that we weren’t thinking & no one asked if we wanted them iced or hot. (We were caught off guard with the rudeness in the drive thru to begin with) This was the morning crew between 8:45-9:30am.
