The one drive thru employee is the most rudest and profane person I have ever met in a drive thru restaurant. He used the "F" word with me right through the speaker. Also, when the same employee is working, the wait time is crazy. I do not understand why they don't fire him immediately. He is driving their score on google right down the tubes. I have complained to management and left a message with the owner but who knows if they care..what a piece of work!

Not fond of Taco Bell but needed a restroom. Very clean newer facility artwork on the walls is great no chunks or missing parts out of all of the display boards. That pop machine is pretty nice.. Not so fond of having to step into a restaurant and put my order on a display board, but I guess I should get used to that. Food was OK made as a regular line is no big change there

Forgot my soft shell taco i ordered and paid extra for, and somehow, 25% of my quesadilla is missing? Hello? Who runs this place? Easily the worst location in the area.

Can never get a simple Order right. Asked for a cheesy beef burrito. Said they were out and charged me for a bean burrito. I asked for ONLY beef and cheese with the nacho cheese sauce. They gave me rice, and sour cream. Does that look like what I ordered? I get that it’s just food but it’s not hard! And they keep messing up so that was my last time going there. I tried to give them another chance and they screwed it up again. Not happy. Want my money back.
