  This entire night was terrible at Taco Bell on southwestern boulevard. First, I pull up and there is a line of 8 cars in the drive through. I wait 15 minutes and when I get to the window the guy says in a rude tone “do you have a DoorDash or mobile order” and I say “no I’m ordering” and he says “your gonna have to give me a few minutes”. I then wait another 10 minutes and the guy comes back and says “we are only doing DoorDash and mobile orders right now”. I then pull past the window and go park to do a mobile order. Instead of literally just putting the order in from the drive through, he makes me loop all the way back around, and do it on my phone. After that I go back through and he says “give me one sec - pull around again to the side of the building”. At this point I have made 3 loops around Taco Bell. While I’m waiting for my order with 2 other cars, this dude is in the parking lot while the door is open. I literally waited another 25 minutes just to get my food. Taco Bell, please tell your employees to fix this. What is the point of having a drive through if the guy just tells you to make a mobile order. I also thought this was fast food, but nah it takes 1 hour to get food.

  Barely a teaspoon of meat in the tacos, some of the wrappers were opened so taco meat in the bag. The quesadilla was barely cooked, very soggy! DO BETTER! Quality has gone down for sure ! Noted it was for dine in yet still given a bag with the food thrown in.

  The drive thru entry and exit is a bit confusing at night and not so clearly signed. Someone almost drove their car into us as a result. TacoBell should address this issue.
