  Service was outstanding for our group of 23. We were seated in the covered patio, away from the very loud bar area which was great. Food selection is very good. Highly recommend the pork chop dinner and soup flight. Others in our group had amazing pizzas etc. I would go back to try other items. Maybe in the summer on the rooftop for sunset.

  Very disappointed. Waited 20 minutes for service before we ended up just leaving. Meanwhile every table around us was served. No acknowledgment from any waiter, except one who needed the crayons left at our table to give to another family. Not saying there’s any correlation but we were the only family who looked like us there.

  As a business owner, I understand situations happen, but this was handled terribly from start to finish. We waited over a half hour only to find out they didn’t have the ingredients for the meals we ordered. First it was the appetizer, then after waiting even longer it was the main lunches too. The problem wasn’t being out of ingredients — it was the lack of communication, leadership, and basic customer service. What made the experience worse was the manager. Instead of coming to the table, apologizing, or trying to fix the situation, he sat near the entrance on his computer acting like he was too important to deal with customers. Meanwhile staff looked lost and customers were left waiting with no answers. As an owner myself, watching a manager wander around, avoid customers, and put zero effort into resolving an issue is frustrating to see. It honestly looked more like someone wasting ownership’s payroll than actually managing a restaurant. Completely disappointing experience and very poorly run that day.

  My first Johnson’s landing experience was amazing! The view of the lake was so beautiful, and the food was delicious too. We got bacon wrapped shrimp for an appetizer and the lobster and crab tortellini for an entree - both of which were 10/10! Our server Erika was great; she was kind, quick, and incredibly attentive. Seriously, my water glass wasn’t empty until I left! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone ten times over!

  For a place that has a legit brick oven their pizza is pretty bad. The sauce is nauseatingly sweet. That might fly in Tonawanda but in the rest of buffalo that's a no no. The dough is also very lackluster borderline just plain bad. Also tried the BBQ wings and they were also pretty bad. They just dumped a bunch of BBQ sauce on them. No. Just no. Would not recommend the pizza nor the wings
