  I go here often with my boyfriend and they gave him a hard time about the portion of his burrito even though he spent 12$ and received the smallest burrito I have ever seen. He went back inside to try and get it fixed but got attitude instead and the employee who he spoke to was annoyed he came inside even though he had a valid reason for coming side. My bowl was also not filled.

  ⭐️⭐️ I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle location. Both of my bowls were given **very small portions**, and I also paid for **extra corn salsa**, but I did not receive the extra portion I ordered. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue. **This happens almost every time I come to this location.** I understand portions can vary, but when you’re paying for extra ingredients and receiving less than the standard amount, it’s frustrating and feels like you’re not getting what you paid for. I really hope management addresses the portion sizes and makes sure orders are being prepared correctly, especially when customers are paying extra for additional ingredients.

  Came in tonight and apparently ordering food was a pretty major inconvenience for the night shift 😂 The vibes from the employees were somewhere between “please leave” and “how dare you make us do our jobs.” Not exactly the warmest or most welcoming Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely felt like I needed to apologize for asking for a burrito. Food was fine, but the customer service had the emotional warmth of a DMV waiting room. 😂 Hopefully just an off night, but the night crew could definitely use a little more hospitality and a little less attitude.

  0 stars isn’t possible but I stopped by Yesterday around 5 -5:30 The store had maybe three sit in guests. It was absolutely atrocious in there and the staffs attitudes were not very customer service friendly . I ordered a rice bowl with Barbacoa and hot honey chicken when the crew member learned there was no hot honey chicken they asked the member in the back to make some.(he already seemed fed up)I noticed he accidentally dropped the whole container of seasoning on the chicken. I expressed that I Was unsure if I’d be able to eat that regarding how much seasoning was on it the Manager on duty was at The front counter and very rude after she asked if I wanted it remade and I said yes. Overall terrible experience and a waste of over $30 for 2 rice bowls.

  Every time I've had food here its bonb,much better than the McKinley pwky one next to home depot in blasdell ny. This one in the Walmart parking lot is top notch with the food (full honesty), every resturaunt has a little mess somtimes and its inherent to a business such as this. So all these pple posting about the resturaunt being dirty or cross contamination are grosley over exaggerated imo. The place was always clean when I walked in, call it luck? Im local and eat Chipotle 2-3 days per week after work ,my fiance and I. The food is much better here than the other close by as I said, well stocked on meat and all the fixings. The other on McKinley pwky is absolute trash. Also the workers socialize at the other one and don't do a thing while thier line builds up out the door. Gives customers dirty looks and purposely move slow. And then they act like they don't have any meat when really it's all over at the online Order desk Where they take all the Pickups and online orders. They have a separate station for it And they keep that fully stocked but for walk-ins you don't get anything. At this location in the Walmart parking lot -its not like that. I have one more thing to say and I put it at the very bottom so most people didn't see it on purpose, the African American manager at this location was very unprofessional today - she has tattoos on her face... I'm just trying to describe her. The worker just got finished making my bowl and had dropped a piece of food or two along the way on the counter which is to be expected. She loudly said in front of the whole entire restaurant" are you kidding me look what you did, I just cleaned that! " Then She goes "don't put so much food in the bowls and it won't get messy like that now I have to clean it again!" Menawbike I asked him for extra food along the way. So now I felt responsible as the customer and she was physcially close to me right behind the counter. She had a nasty look on her face and was very loud she's also older than her subordinates and basically embarrassed them in front of the whole store. You can tell they were both embarrassed, that's no way a manager should treat their employees whether customers are around or not. I understand having a heavy hand but that was completely unnecessary, maybe she was having a bad day but she needs to keep her professionalism in check when nobody's looking and when people are looking. She told me she came from the McKinley Parkway location which is actually the worst location I've ever been to but continue to go there because I'm local. Once this location at Walmart opened up I go here now. They simply have everything stocked the service is good the size of the Bowls is great and I feel like I'm getting what I paid for and that's what matters for customer's most. Besides the nasty arrogant Manager there.... Big Bossy women.
