I ordered a bowl with just chips nothing else( simple easy order). I got no queso or lettuce on it even tho i ordered it. I also didnt get my chips or a fork. Definitely disappointing and i hope they pick up the slack.

- SLStephanie LopezMar 15, 20262.0The food quality is inconsistent, rice is sometimes overcooked, and they are consistently out of items. Today they were out of burritos. I can't count how many times they have been out of something on a regular basis. The service is subpar. The employees are frowning and look absolutely miserable all the time. They'll wait until they're almost completley out of something before refilling the bar so you're waiting longer. The atmosphere is abysmal, dirty tables and floors, consistently out of silverware and napkins. The garbage inside and out is often over flowing and most of the time the outside trash bin is missing so there's trash on the ground.
