Walking into this store, the atomosphere was cold, sterile, utterly colorless and a little more than a hospital feeling. Not welcoming "can't wait to get out of there"
feeling.
The food is so boring and even uninspiring. It's all microwaved the same way, in the same oven, so hot, you can't even touch it for 5 minutes, maybe more. The coffee (not only in this location) is, to me tastless, it's not that its watered down, the flavor is not there. Hollow. After I wet my pallet, I just throw the rest away. My order was way, way too much for the kids to handle. A bagel, not toasted, with cream cheese cut in half, and a boston cream to go along with it.
after 9 minutes and a parade of cars behind me, I got my bagel, toasted, with cream cheese and not cut in half. I say not toasted with cream cheese because the cream cheese liquifies making it utterly impossible to eat in a car, No Boston cream, 2 napkins.
The drive through kid had no clue or rememberance about the boston cream, The "manager" who was about 20 years old, I ask him for my boston cream, so he put a boston cream in a bag, no napkins, no wax paper.
Folks, i know you have to get to work, and you love the drive through, but maybe find your way to Greenwood lake Bagels, they are lovely people, they are repsonsible adults, they understand me, and get it right every time. This Dunkin donuts is just another object that I pass on my way to work. Oh! just 500 feet up the road you have Greenwood lake coffee roasters. Oh, so much better. It s little more money, but you'll see what I mean. They are closed on Mondays.
P.S. I wouldn't bother to call corporate. They will only put you on the phone with a 20 year old manager from the store you're complaining about.
