  Arrived with my son, it was busy so I ordered online to save some work for the crew. After waiting about 15 minutes I double check the takeout area and see my receipt with my coffee and a bag of food. I wrongly assumed it was being worked on. After another 5 minutes I asked about my order. Turns out the only thing missing was 10 munchkins and a bottle of water. My sandwich and hash browns were just hanging out, getting cold from incompetent management and neglect. The coffee was not prepared as requested, either. Terrible leadership, won't be returning. There's a dozen Dunkin spots in Rochester, no reason to choose this one.

  I recently visited this Dunkin' and asked for my order to be extra hot, since in the past my food has often been cold. The person at the drive-thru told me I would get my food “however it comes out of the oven” because they were extremely busy. I understand being busy, but that response was dismissive and unprofessional. Experiences like this feel like part of a bigger issue I’m seeing everywhere lately: declining customer service, rushed hiring, and workplaces that don’t seem to support their employees well. When employees feel overwhelmed or undervalued, it often shows in how customers are treated. What really stuck with me is that I choose not to react negatively in the moment because I was with my daughter. I want her to see that even when others are disrespectful, you can choose to respond differently and set a better standard. That shouldn’t be the customer’s job, though, basic respect and courtesy should come from both sides. I hope management takes a closer look at both employee support and customer service, because this experience was disappointing and could have been handled much better.

  1.08 for water after you spent money on meal and drinks , so now water is to much to ask for ! Guess that and good service is gone! Downhill ! Another update. With spending on a refresher the cup filled with ice ,asked for light ice.with the ice out of a cup it was about a quarter of juice. Don't know what's wrong with workers there or manager.
