  Went to get my son a smoothie, not the first mind you, and he began to have an allergic reaction despite them making note of it— just frustrating that I can’t call them bc it just gives me a general number. I know mistakes happen but I don’t even know if they forgot to make the smoothie diary free or what. Please reiterate protocols and be reachable.

  Amazing coffee, but this location is slower than most that ive been too. I still go back because its closest to us though

  Normally I never share reviews whether they be good or bad but it comes a point. I have been multiple times where I am completely skipped over for my order - I get to the front and I have to ask for my order to be taken. Once or twice? It happens, we don’t notice things. Multiple times? It’s a pattern. If a new system is needed to ensure everyone is being taken care of beautiful! It’s completely frustrating when I decide I’ll treat myself to a coffee then get completely ignored when I go there.

  Everyone at this 7 Brew is incredibly friendly and helpful! I’ve never had a bad experience, and every visit leaves me in a better mood. The staff always greets you with a smile, provides excellent service, and truly brightens your day. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great drinks and even better customer service!

  My first time at a 7 Brew Coffee location. The staff member who took my order was very patient with me since it was my first time there. I ordered a Banana Bread Mocha and it was delicious. Service was pretty quick despite the long line and staff was very friendly. I will be back. I had been wanting to come here for a while so I checked the online menu before ordering. I would tell people that if they consider coming here to look at the online menu beforehand and go there knowing what you want to get since the menu isn't posted outside the drive-thru (that I could see).
