  Always a great experience! The line always goes quick and the customer service is always excellent. The drinks are fantastic as well, every one that I’ve tried has been great.

  It was my first time visiting and wanted to see what the hype was about. I'm always indecisive about trying new things but one of the workers was kind enough to recommend a few popular drinks to me! Thanks to Jenn, the iced sweet and salty is my fave any time I go there. Wish I lived closer because I'd legit get one every day😭

  Emma was so friendly and hospitable! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us picked out our drinks and gave us more information about the food items! Will definitely be coming back!

  I had an amazing 👏🏻 experience with the Greece location! I did spend $26.63 for four drinks. I did have to go back and mention that my drinks spilled but that was only because I hadn't brought my husband to help me the first time. The second time around they did the drinks half price which they didn't have to do. I could've paid the full price. So, it was $10.94 for all four drinks. Again, I could've paid the full price but, I do thank you and appreciate it. They said it was a one time thing and that other locations might not do it. So, keep that in mind as you're reading this. Service was amazing 👏🏻! I love the atmosphere. The building is so cool looking and I love that there's music! The drinks are delicious 😋 in my own opinion.

  Eh. Not great. Very loud. Music is constantly playing (blaring) from outside speakers, which makes it difficult to hear anyone. Long lines. No menus, which is baffling. No prices, which is even more baffling. Not even the staff seem to know what they offer or what the prices are. People take orders in person, which is helpful, but only talk to the driver - and in a loud place with no menus, this is very distracting. There's no option to go inside and order. Prices are higher than the most expensive places in town (WAY higher than Starbucks, which is notoriously expensive). No indoor seating, which is the whole reason I get coffee out. Quality is ok, but it's ok everywhere else too. We waited for months in anticipation of this place to finish being constructed. When it opened, we went there. But once was enough. We haven't been back.
