  The staff working here was extremely rude and unprofessional. We came in excited for ice cream and waited in line for a long time, but the staff member kept letting other people cut ahead. We were standing right in front of him, yet he kept looking around and asking, “Who’s next?” as if we weren’t even there. It felt intentional and very disrespectful. When he finally served us, he repeatedly touched the inside of the ice cream cup with his fingers. It was so unsanitary and disgusting that we ended up throwing the ice cream away. Truly disappointing. To the staff: If you don’t like your job, please don’t take it out on customers or damage the business. To the owner: Please be more selective about who you put in front of customers, and train your staff to be professional and respectful.
