  I went to Taco Bell and ordered two tacos with a side of beef. Instead of putting it in a regular side container like any other Taco Bell’s I’ve been to, they gave it to me in a small sauce cup, and the portion was very small. I ordered it because the tacos were lacking meat, so I wanted something extra, but it really didn’t help. The staff also came off as rude and kind of judgmental about my order while I was there. The overall experience was disappointing, especially since it wasn’t busy at all, so I expected better service. On top of that, I didn’t feel well afterward, which made the whole experience even worse. The environment and service just weren’t good, so I wouldn’t recommend this location. They definitely need to improve how they treat customers and handle orders.

  Ordered online and went to pickup. They said they were out of chicken, beef, lettuce and tomatoes so couldn’t make our order. Then refused to cancel or refund our order saying it had to be cancelled in the app. Upon informing them that the app did not allow us to cancel the order the copped an attitude and insisted it could be done. Honestly this Taco Bell should just close because the service is consistently terrible and this was just the last straw. Didn’t get our food and also didn’t get our money back.

  Just got stuck in the drive thru 20 minutes to get to the window and be told my order wasn't captured. Nice

  I sat at the drive-thru window for 5 minutes and nobody responded or wanted to help me when I drove past the window they all tried to hide so I just left 4/26 12:20
