  This is the first drive thru that I have ever been to that has a fully AI ordering system. Very odd. I hope this isn't the wave of the future.

  Don't go to the drive through at Taco Bell if you drive a short car or Jeep. Sat at the speaker box LITERALLY for 8 minutes with ZERO interaction. I figured something was wrong with the intercom so I pulled up. (Nobody in line) The employee tells me "I can't take your order at the window, the drive through uses AI" she then proceeded to try to tell me I had to go back around and "try again"..... what so I can sit there and wait for your "AI" to not recognize my car again. These people can't do anything without AI or some technology telling them what to do. God forbid technology goes down, they would be absolutely lost. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

  This location was great when it opened but it's so bad now. They forget things almost every order, things are cooked poorly, hard tacos are soggy, sometimes it takes 30 minutes for an order of 4 items. My cinnamon twists tasted like they were seasoned with scrapings from the bottom of a dirty fryer.

  They all rude and just give you an attitude. Have to repeat my order multiple times and it's just garbage food
