- MMmegan2 days ago1.0if I could give this place zero stars I would. The girls in there are mad rude and lack common sense. They don’t know how to do basic math nor have basic communication skills and they have nasty stank attitudes all the time for somebody that knew the job description before taking the job.

I got to the window and had the rudest employee give me my food, which was wrong. I noted it was wrong and got more attitude for telling them the order was wrong. Terrible staff. Never going back.

I stood at the counter waiting to ask if that was normal because I have never seen that in my life. Was ignored by a girl there so i asked out loud for whoever might hear me and the one guy there said its from the way they make it and then asked if I wanted it remade. I didnt but should have. It tasted like iced milk. Not impressed with the lack of assistance from the one girl who walked casually by me. And not impressed with the way the drink was made.

I proceed with “may I order an iced coffee medium “ and before I can say can I get it light and sweet with caramel the lady on the headset said “ is that all “ and I said can I get it light and sweet and she kept saying is that all after every word I said , I felt rushed and said with an attitude. I couldn’t even order what I wanted without “ is that all “ as if I was taking a long time she wouldn’t even let me speak . When I got to the window after I finally got my order in she told me the total I paid Apple Pay and she gave me my beverage and donut with a attitude in silence with not even a have a good day or here you go absolutely nothing . Absolutely unacceptable!! Very disappointed with this location and this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location with the lack of customer service or respect . If you apply to a fast food place the first thing you need to know is how communicate with people in a respectful matter , nobody told you too apply here the least you can do is smile or have common courtesy Jesus . This location definitely needs some additional training on communication skills and people skill as well as soft skills clearly .
