  This store is absolutely ATROCIOUS. Fast food? Ha. Hardly. I placed an order today via mobile app while in the parking lot in the drive thru at 1:27pm with only 8 cars ahead of me. I received my order from the drive thru at 2:18 pm and it was WRONG and missing items. This will be the absolute last time my family or I will frequent this store. If I could give NEGATIVE stars for a review, I would. Ownership, Management, whomever is in charge of this store needs a wake up call. Every single review is negative because it takes an hour to get a damn taco...someone light a fire under these people to get them moving!

  Not a car in the parking lot and no one in the drive through at 10:30am. I tried to order 2 $9 lux boxes and the drive through person said they couldn't make lux boxes. I asked why or how could we get this done. The guy said they couldn't make the stacked gordita. I said whatever your missing just leave it out. No big deal. The person said we can't do lux boxes and that was it so we went to the one on Schenectady and good to go. No issues. You would think you guys would want to make sales. I won't be going back ever again so you lost a couple customers there. You also really need to get this person some customer service training. I understand why this place has a 2.1 rating. If the owner is reading this do better your business is sad.

  Not good. Sat in line for 40 minutes in a drive through. When ordering through the speaker it was AI or at lest the voice responding was. I asked for nacho fries and they gave me cheese and chips then I asked for no jalapeño sauces on the quesadilla but they put extra on. The speaker asked if everything was correct on the screen but it wasn't and it couldnt comprehend "no hot sauce or nacho fries" then cut out. Still fine, things happen... I finally get to the window to explain the order was incorrect 🙃 but they tried to just add on and not take off what was incorrect. I still waited for the correct food. Finally got the bag of food and after all of that... my quesadilla still had the jalapeño sauce. It just was a terrible experience. I know they're understaffed but no AI speaker please.

  Don’t bother ordering. Especially for delivery! They will make delivery drivers wait more than an hour. They give up and move on to their next order eventually, i don’t blame them. Never have had an experience like this at any other taco bell around. What is wrong with this one?

  Been here twice. Very short staffed and appear to only prep food for drive-thru customers and not in-store, mobile orders or DoorDash orders. Currently been waiting in-store for 40 mins with 8 other customers who were here before I came in to pickup my ordered and NONE of us have been served while we watch orders go out to the drive thru right and left. Told all the customers who walked in the door what was going on and all turned around and walked out. Absolutely terrible service.
