  This location must have changed management, the food is better (fries used to be undercooked every time and super gross) and the order was accurate. The line also moved quickly. I am happy to have a good location nearby to visit again

  This is a genuine photo of the medium and large fries we received in the drive thru. It’s truly infuriating to either be nickel and dimed to this extent or receive service this poor. Whatever the situation, it is unacceptable. We paid for a medium and large fries, that’s what should be served. If you, as a franchisee, can’t meet the demands of your franchise without undercutting your customers through scammy cost cutting then maybe you shouldn’t be in this business any longer.

  First off, obviously, these reviews don’t mean shit to this particular McDonald’s, but I’m gonna show them because I’m gonna get in contact with the owner. The lady took my order and then went silent on me didn’t tell me which window to go to. UnprofessionalThat was first then the young man gave me my food and I hadn’t even paid yet could have just road right off. Then I get home open my food gave me just sloppy. The just tossed the sandwich together it pissed me off because I work hard for my money and expect to be treated kind and fair when it comes Show me spending my money that I put up with a lot of bullshit to earn I’m gonna get in contact with somebody higher up because this is ridiculous. Just read the reviews make my stomach hurt.

  I used to go to this McDonald’s every day multiple times a day and with my first receipt of the day I would come back after doing the survey for a customer experience and use the free code for an item after me doing this for literal months I was turned away and told that I would never be served again because I was lying about doing surveys and they would never give me food again. This seems insane to me because you’re literally asking me to fill out a survey for a free item and then I go to get the free item and I met with awful service now these people made me feel awful like I was trying to get something from them and I couldn’t afford food. They told me to try somewhere else that was willing to work with me like I had done something wrong. I only bought food and did the survey after and also may I mention that while doing this for the months that I had I had to explain to every worker even if I had seen them the previous night before the past five days what exactly what was going on giving them the actual copy of receipt and showing them the proof of me doing the receipt survey and met with horrible attitudes the entire time and it is to be likely noted that this is all night shift every time I’ve gone there in the morning. It was a wonderful experience nice people in the morning. They even remember my order and call me by name. The people at night time made me feel like a poor person who couldn’t even afford food and that honestly affected my mental health now what would be even more rich is if you asked me to do a survey based off of this Experience😂
