- GDGia DearstyneMay 31, 20261.0OK so I was just wanting to file a complaint because there was ants in my medium blue ladder and then this worker has the audacity to say I know you’re a kid and you have nothing else to do with your life so and we’re really busy right now and we are not a child so I don’t know what she’s trying to do and she works at Dunkin and doesn’t get paid a lot I don’t really know what she’s doing, but if we’re trying to file a complaint, there’s a complaint like there’s ants you don’t clean your machine every day if one time on TikTok there’s a whole rat in their coffee

I told her my coffee didn’t taste like it usually does, and instead of fixing it properly, she went to the back and overloaded it with sugar and caramel. Then she made a comment saying, “It won’t be any better.” I paid for my coffee—it wasn’t free. I have every right to bring it back if it’s not made correctly. Customers should be treated with respect, not attitude.

Before you asked it's the only place I used it at that day. Luckily my bank is one top of unusual purchases. And to what ever broke person at your location that did this joke was on you , you gained nothing declined 1st purchase. Buy your own things from Walmart.! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN EVEN WOTH CASH.
