  I honestly NEVER write bad reviews of places, but at this point I can’t with a good conscience let anyone else fall victim to being a customer of this chipotle location. Today (9/9) at 5:40pm I went to pick up my drive through order. I sat in the drive-through for nearly 10 minutes without being acknowledged so I went inside. I stood unacknowledged for another five minutes or so. When I finally was given my order, I was told there was a leak somewhere in the bag so they gave me another bag to put my bag inside of. When I picked up the bag, it ripped out from underneath because an entire container of salsa had been open inside the bag. This doesn’t really surprise me because as I was waiting to get my order, I was watching the person preparing orders and she was literally tossing items into the bag without regard for whether or not they would stay sealed or go in the bag nicely. So I was in a situation where everything inside of my bag was covered with hot salsa and the employees refuse to help me clean it up. I asked if they could help by remaking the bowl because that person doesn’t like hot salsa and their bowl was completely saturated with the salsa. They said they couldn’t because they were completely out of chicken and it would be at least another 20 minutes until anybody could get anything with chicken on it. This is an interesting point because I have actually been to this Chipotle before And it was about 6 PM on a Wednesday evening when they were also completely out of chicken and actually most other things. I had never witnessed something more unorganized and chaotic and the staff was extremely rude to the customers who were rightfully frustrated. I proceeded to have to clean up everything in my order and re-bag it. I had to ask for the chips that I ordered, but were not included. I was supposed to get two varieties of chips, but I was only given the normal variety. I was also supposed to get a drink, but I did not receive that either. I asked if I could just get a refund and leave the order and I was told that they are not able to do that and then I have to do it on the app because I submitted the order on the app. They were not able to give any more instructions on how I could do that besides that I had to do the live chat. I didn’t find the app very helpful in terms of submitting feedback, which is why I’m here submitting this post on Google reviews The only time that I have ever experienced something like this was also at this particular chipotle location. I really mean it when I say that the management of this location should be really ashamed of how things are run here.

  I did an online order that was 15mins late and when I revived it was a bowl with soup of just beans and salsa when I had ordered it with a bunch of veggies and didn’t have the right meat. They did remake it for me which was nice but it was inconvenient for it to already be late than have to drive back for them to remake it.

  9:30 pm I go in to order 2 burritos (hour and a half before closing time) and they are out of multiple things that they didn’t notify us about before starting our order as well as extremely rude for no reason whatsoever. Not impressed at all. Had I known they had no sour cream or corn salsa I wouldn’t have gotten food. Also door handle broken on the front door and alarm blaring in the entrance room.

  Very disappointed in my experience today. I waited 25 mins in line and I was the 2nd one in line. Very unprofessional and employees acted like they weren't working. Certain employees were not nice to the older woman coworker. It was only the older woman and another girl who was working.It was a very toxic environment that was dirty. It was 4pm and I said will you be cooking anymore peppers and onions and I was told no you have to cut that up and we don't want too. Also that no more meat would be cooked tonight either. The honey chicken had way to much sauce on it, that it was unenjoyable. Complete shit show. I highly wouldn't recommend.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Chipotle tonight. It was Friday around 6 PM, and they were already out of chicken, chips, AND cheese during the dinner rush. But the lack of food was actually the least concerning part. Employees were yelling at each other, talking on their cell phones while customers were waiting, and the entire restaurant felt completely chaotic and unmanaged. The worst part was hearing an employee respond to a customer who was complaining by saying they were going to “put an Amber Alert out on his child” and then referring to the child as a “little shit.” That is beyond rude or bad customer service. It is completely inappropriate and disturbing. I have already submitted a formal complaint to Chipotle corporate and am asking them to investigate what happened, including reviewing the security footage from approximately 5:45–6:15 PM tonight. This location needs serious management attention
