  Always out of a bunch of key ingredients. Staff super rude and just standing around talking instead of making the missing ingredients. Cashier literally on her phone watching videos while we’re standing there waiting to check out. Desperately needs a manager of some kind. No chipotle is perfect but this one is a joke.

  Stopped at 5:30 on Saturday. Got the last scraps of honey chicken, food was average at best. Went to wash my hands and the male worker came out after smoking weed in the bathroom and leaving part of his joint in the toilet. Then, he went out to the side of the bldg to smoke some more. At least make an effort not to be completely obvious. Second time at this location, both were not good, and there will never be a third.

  The only good thing about this experience was Isabel who checked us out. We’ve been going to Chipotle for over 20 years and this was by far the worst and the dirtiest. The staff looked like they were depressed (expect Isabel). When we went in, we questioned if they were closing as all the food was out of the warmers/coolers and a girl was wiping rice around and slopping all the floor. No food cooking and very dirty. The chicken was cold and it looked like our bowls were slopped together haphazardly. They also had no chips. The bathroom was dirty, toilet paper on floor and stank of urine, and the outside food area looked like an animal attacked the trash and left trash around. We saw several employees there so I’m unsure why one of them wasn’t able to clean up a little bit.

  This was by far the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. As someone who has managed retail stores for years now this store is run very poorly. There was one poor girl at the front who was doing everything. There was nothing left. No chicken no chips no steak so people were waiting for 25 mins as is to be helped and then there was nothing left and no one mentioned any of this to us on line. There were 2 people doing other things while we waited on the line and no one helped us because the front girl had to go make chips. People around me started leaving we were waiting so long. After I got my food and ate there were still the same people waiting on line for orders. This is not fair to do to your staff or customers. Chipotle management do better.

  Chipotle in Glenmont is probably the worst run businesses I have ever been to. Tonight (June 30, 2026) my Wife and Son wanted to try Chipotle for the first time. We ordered online (very easy) & food was scheduled for 6:00 pickup. My Son and I went there and from the minute we walked in we knew it was trouble. First I noticed our food was not ready in the pickup area and there were 5-6 people standing around watching the staff aimlessly try to prepare meals. Also the restaurant itself was extremely dirty. None of the staff seemed to care. 1/2 hour after our 6:00 pickup time I was informed the staff were working on cooking some more chicken for everyone's order. That was when I knew it was time to leave for fear of being poisoned by uncaring/unconcerned/& untrained staff. We literally left even though we paid. It was not worth it. We will never return to CHIPOTLE in Glenmont or CHIPOTLE in general. Just not worth it. BTW we ended up going to Moe's in Glenmont where we were treated well and received our food in a very timely manner and it was great. WELCOME TO MOE'S!!!! - TIM IN DELMAR
