  Customer service is lacking and the produce is rotten the next day. The last 2 times I've gotten a watermelon it was fermenting inside. Onions have mold after a day. Etc etc. I go here out of convenience but I'm going to have to go elsewhere because I'm basically throwing money away at this point

  Loves sending me expiring bread products when I get delivery. This time with bugs. Fire the grocery manager, ridiculous they send this stuff to people

  I had a terrifying experience at this Stop & Shop today around 4:00 PM. After spending over $500 on groceries, I was loading my purchases into my car when a man approached me near the shopping cart area and offered to help unload my groceries. I politely declined. He immediately became aggressive, yelling profanity at me and threatening to punch me. He then started lifting shopping carts and shouting that he would hit me with one. I was there alone with my two young children and genuinely feared for our safety. The most upsetting part was that not a single Stop & Shop employee came to help, despite the situation happening outside the store. There was also a security guard inside who appeared to be on his phone and did not intervene. No customer should have to fear being threatened or harassed while simply trying to load groceries into their car. This experience left me shaken, and I no longer feel safe shopping at this location. I hope management reviews their security procedures and takes customer safety much more seriously.

  Never seen a supermarket as disorganized as this one. Good prices tho if you can find stuff and big free parking lot. Good location too.
