  My problem is with the early morning, older aged cashiers. I know for a fact it is store policy for them to bag items, but it seems they lack training. I bag my items the time, but once they are done scanning, these two women just stand there and will not help finish bagging. Do better!

  Visited for the circular deals. While most were in stock, I was disappointed that on day 1 the free garlic bread was gone. Not only was it sold out, but the bakery department was closed so there was nobody there to talk to. Otherwise it was a quick visit with no checkout wait.

  I visited Stop & Shop on Sunday at around 1:09 p.m. and had a very disappointing experience at the deli, The employee named Ariel was not helpful and came across as rude during the interaction. I felt ignored and the service lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. As a customer, I expect at least a respectful attitude, especially when I’m placing an order. I shopped at this location very often , but this experience made me reconsider not going back. I hope management addresses this issue and works on improving customer service at the deli.

  The Stop and Shop on Woodhaven Blvd off Metropolitan Ave, is pretty much kinda like the others, at least as far as Queens goes... clean, courteous workers usually, great products and prices... Basically worth the time, effort and travel... Just wished the individual I asked for help, well, I got what I wanted, but initially got the "...Why you buggin' me?, I'm too busy to help you... go 'way..." grumpy growl and brush off... Quite the turn off, but I guess I got the comeuppance when I found what I wanted and pointed out the unavailable item now, happily in my possession, a gigantic end cap display in a far off corner, a sarcastically cold grinned "...Great, you still breathing my air, huh? Buh-Bye!" The cashier afterwards much better in demeanor... The store still worthy of the trip... Shop On, My Friends...
