  10+ minute wait at drive thru at 1AM. That’s fine. Half the order missing when you arrive home. That’s not fine. Horrible experience.

  The slowest drive through, they make you wait in a parking spot when there's no body waiting behind you. They also always forget to give me side sauces.

  The service is terrible they suck and their customer service is awful their place is so dirty and it smells very bad I wouldn’t recommend anyone eating here it’s a disgrace they would rather let their customer die then give them one cup of water. Disgrace!!! Also happy birth day to me my worse birth day ever😡😡😡

  I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the woman who took my order early Saturday morning, at 4:40 AM. I waited over 15 minutes just to have my order taken. When I pulled up to the window, the woman—who wears glasses—spoke to me very rudely and asked what I needed; I replied that I needed to place an order. She sent me to the parking lot, claiming that I couldn't remain at the window for more than 15 seconds. I was not pleased with this, as I had already waited over 20 minutes just to order. I waited for my food, but she failed to include my sauces. I returned to the window and told her that my sauces were missing, and she actually replied, "Sauces cost 35 cents, and I'm practically giving them away for free as it is!" I told her that I was willing to pay for them and that it wouldn't be a problem—but the fact remained that she hadn't given me *any* sauces at all.
