  ⭐☆☆☆☆ The only reason my family and I decided to try Burrito Bay today was because we saw the Step Out Buffalo feature highlighting their Glutton Burrito. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment from the moment we walked in. The food on the line looked old and dried out. The rice looked like it had been sitting there for hours, the meats all looked dry and cold, and the lettuce was brown enough that I had to ask for fresh lettuce to be brought out before they made my burrito. I ordered the Glutton Burrito that was featured, but the one I received looked nothing like the one on display. It was nearly three times the size, wrapped poorly, and completely cold. It wasn’t enjoyable. I ordered the steak because the employee told me the chicken was made with some type of sweet balsamic marinade, which seemed like an odd choice for a Mexican restaurant. My husband ordered the chicken burrito without knowing that, and after taking a few bites he commented that something tasted off. That’s when I told him what the employee had mentioned. He barely finished his burrito. Our son ordered a steak bowl, but it was piled with lettuce and sour cream and he barely touched it. The best part of our visit was the fountain drinks! Not the cold food. Not the buzzing and humming of a refrigerator. And certainly not the alarm going off every few seconds that could’ve easily been silenced. For nearly $80 for three meals, this was incredibly disappointing. I’d much rather spend that money at Chipotle, where I know I’ll get fresh ingredients, consistent quality, and food that’s actually hot. This was definitely a one-and-done visit. I had high expectations after seeing the Step Out Buffalo feature on the Glutton Burrito, but unfortunately the experience didn’t come close to matching the hype.

  First off the food is good, but new management charges for items that would some standard at chipotle and Moes. For example anything over three ingredients gets a charge. So say you get a chicken burrito you get rice, beans and cheese..that’s your 3. Then Charge for each lettuce, sour cream.. charge for cilantro even. Service is good my only qualm is they charge for what comes standard at competitors
