  On Apr 29 2026, I went to a McDonald’s location and paid with a $100 bill. The staff told me the bill was fake and tried to keep it without properly verifying it in front of me. I asked for my money back, but they refused, so I called the police. After the police checked the bill, it was confirmed to be real, and I got my money back. During this incident, one of the employees repeatedly used a racial slur (the “N-word”) toward me. This behavior was offensive, inappropriate, and made the situation much worse. I believe the situation was handled improperly, and the employee’s conduct was unacceptable. I would like this issue to be reviewed so this does not happen again.

  Detailed instructions given at the Drive thru, they were repeated back properly, and yet I have to leave and find my order was still prepared incorrectly and cold. Mind you not busy on a Saturday morning at this location 740am.

  On Saturday night around 8:30 PM, we went into this restaurant to eat. I waited about 20 minutes at the counter to order because I only had cash, and no one helped me. I then went to the kiosk to place my order and pay in cash, and I waited another 20 minutes for the employee to finally come and charge me, with a horrible attitude. I paid for my order, which was for dining inside the restaurant. While I was paying, he never mentioned that the restaurant was already closed. He looked at my order and still did not say anything. I then sat down with my family. When he brought the food, he said the restaurant was closed, but there were two other families eating who had also just ordered. I started eating, and he came back and basically forced us to leave the place. I had to make my daughters stop eating in the middle of their meal. When I mentioned that the order was made incorrectly and that some items were missing, he got upset and said, “What do you want me to do? You already ate half the sandwich.” I responded, “What did you expect me to do? Wait another 20 minutes again?” He got upset and went to get my drink and said, “Oh, thank you.” Thank you for what? For making me wait almost 40 minutes just to take my order? For not preparing my order correctly? For speaking the same language as me but refusing to speak it when the music and the staff were speaking Spanish with him? Or for forcing me to leave in the middle of my meal? According to Google Maps, this location closes at 11 PM. In the end, he forced three families who were eating at that moment to leave, and not even in a respectful way, but with a terrible attitude. Who makes customers leave and pushes them outside while they are still holding their food? I think the restaurant should update their hours or clearly state that after a certain time it is take-out only and not dine-in. My English may not be perfect, but that does not mean I will stay silent about the terrible and horrible service I received.
