The service is always terrible but this probably might be the worst service I’ve aswell as food wise. I received the bottoms on Brussels sprouts and I am just disappointed. It feels like a slop bowl at most. I can’t deal with receiving both horrible service aswell as terrible food. :/

And also the way the food is laid out. It doesn’t really quite make sense so when you think you’re picking from one section you’re actually picking from two sections so that you don’t even get a choice to get food from the other section because you’ve already picked all the sides that are included.

I was told to wait for my order, but there was no communication when it was ready, and it was almost given to another guest. When I approached to pay, the cashier made a rude comment and handled the situation poorly. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was ignored. This level of service is unacceptable and should be addressed.
