I was told to wait for my order, but there was no communication when it was ready, and it was almost given to another guest. When I approached to pay, the cashier made a rude comment and handled the situation poorly. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was ignored. This level of service is unacceptable and should be addressed.

- OCOmer CayirliFeb 10, 20261.0Come on , I got a soup butternut squash too sugared tasted like a piece of candy, food extremely over price pay extra 5 dollars for chicken and it tasted disgusting could not eat, I paid over 30 dollars for a soup and a bowl with chicken that couldn’t eat, I will definitely never came back to this store at all 😡

Their seasonal bowls are always so good, and if you go right before closing it always feels like they pack your bowl with a little extra :)
