  Love the ice cream here. The manager Rosy is the most helpful and sweetest person ever. Everytime I come it’s always great.

  It has always been my favorite ice cream shop and more now that I am pregnant but I had never had a bad experience Until today at 4:30 pm with Miss Gisselle and her partner who gave me the Damaged and in poor condition Made water telling me that this is the ice cream because it had been the last thing they served me and I asked to be changed because in my state I do not have the confidence to eat something in bad condition without fear that it could do me wrong and they told me that they could not I wanted to wait for his manager to see if maybe they could change it and I preferred to leave the ice cream and leave without claiming anything I always have worked in restaurants and customer service and it is the first time that a place does not solve the problem of its product in poor condition and I do not like scandals However I consider that they should give the option to change the product when it is damaged or give the money without having to make a scandal I was angry Without my money and with the Ice Cream Ganas 👎👎👎 NOTHING TO CHANGE IT I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING I AM NOT QUESING IT Siempre ha sido mi heladería favorita y mas ahora que estoy embarazada pero nunca habia tenido una mala experiencia Hasta el Día de Hoy a las 4:30 pm Con la señorita Gisselle y su compañera que me entregaron el Helado Dañado y en mal estado Hecho agua diciéndome que asi es el helado que por que habia sido lo último que me sirvieron y pedí que me lo cambiaran por que en mi estado no tengo la confianza de comerme algo en mal estado sin miedo a que me pueda hacer mal y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada que si queria esperar a su manager para ver si tal vez me lo podían Cambiar y prefieri dejar el helado e irme sin reclamar nada Yo siempre e trabajado en restaurantes y servicio al cliente y es primera vez que un lugar no soluciona el problema de su producto en mal estado y tampoco no me gustan los escándalos Sin embargo considero que deberían de dar la opcion cambiar el producto cuando Esta dañado o dar el dinero sin necesidad de armar un escándalo Me fui enojada Sin mi dinero y con las Ganas del Helado 👎👎👎 NADA CUESTA CAMBIARLO ESTOY PAGANDO POR ALGO NO LO ESTOY PIDIENDO REGALADO

  Haagen Dazs @ Roosevelt Field serving delicious Ice Cream Including my favorite, Mint Choc Chip! It can be found just opposite the food court on the 2nd floor. We have been coming here for years and will continue to be big fans of the brand! Enjoy!
