  I Just wanted to scan my rewards and was met with an attitude.. then Natividad or whoevers numbers are 111166 on register is completely rude and said I didn’t need to have an attitude???!? When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me and gave me a half ass sorry for any “issues”. I’ve worked in this mall for over 5 years and this is despicable service. I’d give it zero stars if I could

  Most unprofessional rude person I ever seen in a customer service place! Hell throw your food and if you’re not careful and it fell out of your hands hell walk out like he doesn’t care on top of it I was carrying a big order since I ordered for a few friends and I asked him for a bag and he refused

  Order my mobile order 20 minutes in advance. I let them know that I’m here and get dismissed immediately. While waiting I see peoples orders come out who have order 10 minutes past my order. Whats the point of mobile order if I’m going to wait double the time. All for 3 hashbrowns

  Felt very uncomfortable and the employees were being racist talking garbage about me and my elderly mother the. Donuts for stale and when I asked for a cup of water they charged me $6 do not recommend the employees are bad pls do not go here
