  I placed a catering order with this location more than 24 hours in advance and arrived at the scheduled pickup time, only to be told they had no record of my order. When I showed them my email confirmation—clearly displaying the correct location, date, and pickup time—there was no apology, just repeated statements of “we don’t have your order” and blank stares from multiple employees. Eventually, after I insisted and showed proof, a staff member (who appeared to be the manager) said they could make the order, but it would take an additional 20–30 minutes. I had no choice but to wait, as I had 18 very hungry people depending on this food after a 75-minute high-energy activity in the mall, and the order had already been fully paid for. What’s most frustrating is that after initially denying the order existed, they were somehow able to locate it in their system once I pushed the issue. This suggests the problem was not a missing order, but a failure to check or manage their system properly. Even then, there was no acknowledgment of their mistake, no apology, and no attempt to make things right. At the time (around 3:30 PM on a weekday), the store was not busy, and there were at least four staff members present. Despite this, no one seemed aware of or responsible for incoming catering orders. This experience reflects a serious lack of organization, accountability, and basic customer service. Catering orders require reliability, and this location failed completely in that regard.

  I had a huge catering order for pickup on Sunday June 7th. I was worried after reading some of the reviews but I placed the order online a week early for 25 people. When we arrived the order was properly packed, ready to go, nice and hot and came with every utensil needed. Service was great and the food was neatly packed. So happy we chose chipotle! Huge hit and everyone was so happy. Thank you so much !

  As someone who manages in fast-paced work environments, you HAVE to learn how to multi-task. Today I took my 30 min break, my food was ready for pick up at 2:20p. WHY is it that I can finally get my food at 2:50p when it’s not even busy, it’s mid-day and I WORK in the mall so I KNOW. The girl at the register (short afro brownskin & tall) not to be rude, moves too damn slow. How do you ask for my name like you’re going to give me my order and then go back to ringing customers up and acting like I don’t exist. Someone working the grill had to stop what she was doing to hand me my food, as if she couldn’t just turn around, hand it, and go. It takes literally 5 seconds. I can only imagine how backed up you guys get with her at the register. Now my break is wasted and my food is cold. Great job. Update: Open the food to not fresh guac. You guys are disgusting

  The attitude of these people is as if they’re doing a favor to customers, completely disregarding the fact that the customers are paying for the food. They ignore you while you’re standing and waiting until they finish talking to themselves.

  They will add less thing on your thing so u can say them add extra meat and they will charge $4 dollar for lesser than half spoon of chicken I would recommend go to other location paid $16.84 for only bowl 😂
