My boyfriend and I drank almost the entire drink, and toward the end we both noticed what appeared to be a human fingernail in our mouths. I immediately spit it out because it was sharp. I was completely disgusted and almost got sick while shopping afterward. I went back to speak to the manager because this is both a serious safety hazard and extremely unsanitary. I stayed calm and politely explained the situation, and while I did receive a refund, I felt that the issue was dismissed rather than taken seriously. Unfortunately, after this experience, I do not think I will return to this location again. In my opinion, it looked like someone may have clipped their nails while working and the nail somehow ended up in the drink mixture, which is unacceptable.
- BGBrooke GardnerApr 30, 20262.0this location finally offers breakfast but the mall opens at 10 and breakfast ends at 10:30. doesn’t really make sense to me but i ordered my breakfast ahead of time. i ordered my food at 10am and got to chick fil a around 10:32 and noticed my order had been cancelled because i “wasn’t at the restaurant.” defeats the whole idea of order for pickup if you don’t start making the food before the customer arrives, especially if you know breakfast ends at a certain time. they had 30 whole minutes, i don’t understand why they couldn’t have started my food before breakfast was over. i’d rather have cold food than no food at all. really upset, wanted my chicken biscuit so bad :( update: finally got my chicken biscuit and there was plastic inside of it :/
