- MLMichael Lewis4 days ago1.025 minute wait after ordering and lobby was only half full. Just close the indoor part if all you want to service is the drive through and door dash customers.
- RRrickMay 10, 20261.0I travel a lot and this is without the slowest McDonalds I have ever been too! Half the staff including the manager was rude when my mcmuffin wasn't cooked ......if the owner sees this don't take my word for it go get breakfast there some morning ! You will be firing people
- DDDaw DelaneyMay 8, 20261.0Went through drive thru this evening and was asked to pull ahead to wait the chicken nuggets were not ready I said sure no problem waited for my food I got it I went home realized that they didn’t put all the chicken nuggets in the bag I called the store to inform them I didn’t get them all and that I was missing a 10 piece nugget and that I’d be coming back they asked how long I said maybe 10-15 minutes they didn’t respond they just hung up on me so I went down there and went inside waited a long time til someone came to the counter I asked to speak to the manager I told the manager exactly what happened and told her that it was very rude and unprofessional to be hung up on after THEY made a mistake and that I wanted the 10 piece chicken nuggets or I’d be calling corporate she got me the nuggets and then I heard her say call corporate all you want… so I did … they will be doing an investigation.. I am pissed I have worked in customer service for 21 years I cannot believe they let someone like that be a manager when she clearly has 0 customer service! I don’t even eat McDonalds but my kids like it so I stopped there to treat them after a long week. Big mistake!!! I do not tolerate being treated that way and neither should anyone else!
