  I went to go get my prescription pick up The price is more than double and they didn't apply any coupon to it and told me that's how it is and then they don't accept good RX so don't go to Kenny they don't accept good RX I won't go there no more I knew I never should have went there and stayed with Walmart

  This Pharmacy is the worst customer service. They cant help do anything. I have a prescription that I get every 30 days. Their auto service send me a alert every 24 days from last refill. Now im a couple years in with dealing with having my prescription over filled continuously. So I call and explain this to them and they say 2 choices either pay for something I dont need so they can charge my insurance for mods I dont need as well or opt out and call it in every month. So to have the auto fill option you are forced to pay more so they can scam insurance companies more. Its this sort of things that are the reasons people pay so much for medical insurance. Its called a scam. So instead of 12 refills a year I get one every 24 days which ends up being 16 times a year, thats a big increase in for them as far as what they should make a year on my prescriptions to what they actually are. Of my prescriptions cost $300 and im sure this certain medicine does then thats a $1200 cost to me and my insurance that shouldnt be. Thanks Kinney, I'll definitely be looking for a different pharmacy and may even debate calling a lawyer because it just dont seem rite that you do this to customers. When brought to your attention its it is what it is we cant do nothing about it. Great customer service. People struggle to live as it is without having our local places of business scamming us.

  Updating the review I posted if u see a sudden spike in positive reviews on the other kinney drugs pharmacy page that is the false one. Kinney drugs is the proper listing. The kinney drugs pharmacy is not. Google has been alerted if there are any changes and if there are they are in violation of google policy. Report it. Fulton if you have been personally victimized by this business you arent crazy. Google algorithm is paying attention.

  You gotta bow to them. I have scoliosis and bilateral lumbar rediculopathy with alodynia. I can barely walk. I ordered my medication to be delivered. And when the delivery girl showed up a day early she came and was pounding on my door. I yelled hold on a min as it takes me time to get up out of my chair. I didn't know who it could be as I was told my delivery would be in a Friday and she came on Thurs. As I'm. Attempting to get out of my chair she continues to pound and pound on my door. I again yell hold on a min as I wanted to put my dogs up as the continuous pounding on my door was making them go nuts. As the pounding didn't stop I got frustrated and yelled again and this time I was upset. I clearly told you to hold on twice and the pounding didn't stop. No I ask for my prescriptions to be delivered and I'm told they can't cause there is a note on my account that says I was rude. I should've called and made a complaint then but I didn't cause I didn't think there was a need to. Now I'm going above everyone's head and filling a formal complaint.
