These corporations are not doing anyone any favors except for themselves

You find a hair in your drink and they act like they dont see it and you’re delusional and dont even apologize. They constantly get your order wrong and when you point it out they say “what do you want now” and start throwing stuff around and talking about you in their own language while yelling. I asked to use the bathroom one of them said no and turned away, i said excuse me and she said theres no key. Two mins later my friend asked another woman and she looked at us all dumb with attitude and gave the key that was supposed “not there”. These are just miserable people lmao. Don’t trust anything they give you.

Customer service is terrible, the cashier Rusha taking your order does not speak English, so she doesn't understand what you are ordering. I asked for 6 Golden BBQ wake up wraps, a new item on the menu. She tells me she doesn't have Hash browns and I would need to order them separate. The picture has Hash brown in the Golden BBQ wake up wrap. She proceeds to enter combo orders with 3 coffees and wake up wraps. I did not ask for coffee nor combo orders. I told her I did not want coffee only the Golden BBQ wake wraps. After standing there for 5 minutes, I stated my order for 6 New Golden BBQ wake up wraps multiple times, the cashier Rusha rolls her eyes and says OH MY GOD! Terrible Customer service. I told her you have the nerve to say Oh my God when you barely speak English and can't even take my order correctly. You should put individuals who understand and can speak English at the cash registers so they can accept orders. I walked out without buying a thing. Will never go back to this location. Left frustrated
