- JJJessApr 29, 20261.0Waited in line for 20 minutes cars out to the street just for them little kids to get my order wrong the manager is careless these people are on their phones laughing and joking when they are supposed to be working this Dunkin’ Donuts is wrong then the ones in Albany area from the people to the food slow, nasty, rude and overall needs new people or this place will never change. I shouldn’t have waited that long. It doesn’t take that long to make premade food and stand at a counter.
