- MLMersida LjajicAug 24, 20261.0If I could , I would give them 0 stars . We have been going for a year. They are disrespectful when they made us a bad coffee and told us only 1 espresso shot goes in a large drink. The coffee tasted like milk and sugar. I would not be going there any more.
- SSSarahAug 10, 20263.0I come here every day to get my coffee and breakfast before work, and generally it’s always such a lovely experience. Everyone is usually super sweet and welcoming. Unfortunately, I had an uncomfortable experience today. I came in during my break, had already ordered pickup, and was sitting down eating when I decided to order something else online because I didn’t want to bother the employees at the register. When one of the younger employees saw my name on the order, she started talking about me to another employee (she mentioned my name twice), and they began laughing. When I got up to pick up my order, she immediately became serious, seemingly because she hadn’t realized I was already in the store. I obviously don’t know what was being said, but from my perspective, it definitely came across as though I was being made fun of, which was uncomfortable and disappointing. I don’t know if it was because I had placed multiple orders and that was somehow annoying, or if it had something to do with my appearance, being a thicker person. Either way, it left me feeling uncomfortable. I come here every day and have otherwise had great experiences with the staff, so I hope this was simply a misunderstanding. I just wanted to share how the interaction came across from the customer’s perspective.
