  I walked into this establishment on the splendid day of July 4. I was blissfully unaware that this meal would change the course of my life forever. My corneas were blessed when my pupils landed upon the grilled steak and chicken sitting in the back, beckoning to me, saying “ chicken lover” come take a delectable bite. Not wanting to ignore this call from fate, I ordered a kids meal with chicken and steak. When my chapped lips touched the stupendous steak, a feeling of elation racked my body. It was like I had just unlocked the secrets of the world, and would soon become a Mexican food GOD. I lapped up my food like a dog who had not eaten in years. After I finished, I filled up my cup with a fountain drink that very well could have been strait from a higher power as in that moment, that lemonade was from the fountain of youth. IT TASTED SO GOOD. Then I walked out of the store, ready to take on anything. Now I am a millionaire CEO, just because of that meal.

  The last three times I ordered the rice, it has been very undercooked. It's not edible at all. Management really needs to look into this. Also, the last time I ordered guac, it tasted so bad. It was black, clearly it was from the day before.

  Really disappointing experience at this Chipotle today. The employees were extremely rude and rushing everyone through the line like customers were a burden. The server acted like giving a tiny bit of extra food was coming out of her own pocket. No friendliness, no customer service, just attitude the entire time. To make it worse, when I got a bowl to-go, the cashier actually asked if I needed a bag. What kind of lack of common sense is that? If someone orders a bowl to-go, obviously they need a bag. The whole experience just felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. I understand places get busy, but there’s no reason to treat paying customers like this.

  This was easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Chipotle. The employee helping customers was unbelievably rude, acting annoyed by simple questions and treating people like they were inconveniencing them by ordering food. Customer service was completely nonexistent. To make matters worse, they were out of multiple key ingredients during what should have been a normal operating period. What's the point of going to Chipotle if half the menu isn't available? Instead of apologizing or offering any explanation, the staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in helping customers. What made it even more frustrating was that the section reserved for online orders was fully stocked with the ingredients I wanted, but the employee was unwilling to take a few steps over there to fill up my bowl. The combination of poor service, empty food bins, and an overall lack of professionalism made this a frustrating and disappointing experience. Management needs to seriously address both the inventory issues and the attitude of the staff. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.
