I ask if my order is ready, they walk the other way, I even located that my order at the counter, tells them and they still don't care. I ask for water, they chat with other employees before getting me water. Everyone is working at half or a third of the speed. No wonder it always takes so long to get an order. Another time I went for take out and it was missing 3 items. Two ice creams and a sandwich. What if I left without checking? I would be very unhappy after traveling home to find out the missing items.

The employees were very polite, so polite I thought I was visiting a regular restaurant, not fast food. The place itself felt like you have a reservation and was about to be seated, an employee nearby greeted me as I came in. They were very nice. The guy making my coffee made me feel like I was a human being deserving of courtesy, a rare thing for me. He even told me if there was anything else I needed for my coffee to let him know. I wish there were more people like him, he was a lovely person. I only give the atmosphere two stars because it's a small area where a single person wouldn't be able to sit comfortably due to overcrowding in a small place, not the restaurant's fault, just customers cluttered together. I'm not a person who likes being closed in anyway. I hope in the future they'll be as kind as they were on my first visit. Kindness is such a rarity it's very important to me! Thank you 😊❤️
