The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and my food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly as expected. What stood out most was the customer service. Everyone I interacted with was attentive and genuinely pleasant, which made the visit even better. It’s always nice to go somewhere that consistently delivers good food along with a positive atmosphere. Definitely a great Chick-fil-A location in Forest Hills. I’ll be coming back!

Advised I needed to purchase something before using , cool I don’t mind that but the fact that I was not allowed to use until the purchase was fulfilled and almost pissed myself is dehumanizing. Thank you to the lady that allowed me to skip her in line to pay for a fruit cup that was never made because I did not want it. I only wanted to not pee on myself . Fun fact paying customers can also have nasty habits paying does not guarantee your rest room won’t be misused . Sometimes it’s ok to just be of service without a fee or have good faith that the person will do the right thing and pay after the use. Read the room and clues woman shaking holding pee , let her pee.

I tried to communicate this to a worker as the bathroom was locked. I was told I could not use the bathroom as I did not have a receipt to prove that I had ordered something. There was a line and the business was busy, I don’t understand why I could not use the bathroom when it was clear I was ordering something. Otherwise why would I be in that line in the first place. The “hosts” was not very nice or understanding, I tried explaining my situation to which she was not receptive. I can’t imagine what kind of business is ran in such a way, I understand if it were someone coming in from outside and directly asking to use the bathroom, but that was not the case for me. While I am young and have a strong bladder and could wait the unnecessary time to use the bathroom I could not imagine them pulling this with someone who may have issues that are not visible. As someone who works with people who have disabilities it’s upsetting to see this behavior. Not only that the host gave an attitude and just stared up until we left. We grabbed our food to go because why would we want to stay somewhere that did not feel welcoming.
