- JYjames yJul 19, 20262.0A word of advice for the owner. You might want to replace the guys that cook your pizzas. Been here twice to give it another chance. These guys are not doing your restaurant any favors. They dont care about the product they put out. Dont care wether its fully cooked or even the presentation. They had you a pizza with the thickest crusts ive ever seen. Pizza is is half cooked and made thick. And to top it off they cut your pizza into uneven totally crooked slices. Im not coming back. Will go to other papa Johns locations or go with Dominos from now on.

After they messed up my order on Monday, the manager promised a free replacement for my next visit. I followed up the next day, but the handling of the situation was a total disaster. I called to claim the replacement as discussed. The staff told me the manager was busy and would get back to me within 10 minutes. I ended up waiting for nearly an hour with no update. When I followed up again, they simply brushed me off, saying "the manager is out, so we can't verify it." If a business promises a remedy, they should have the integrity to log it in their system instead of making a customer wait around only to be turned away. It’s not about the $7 pizza; it’s about the complete lack of respect for a customer’s time and trust. I won't be coming back.
