  I ask for sauce and they didn’t even give me it and the food didn’t even taste good. They even ignored me and they were doing nothing. Straight shit

  Manager was a bit rude, told me because im getting my food for free(using points) that i have to wait longer than the paying customers.

  They WON'T give you any sauce!! Even if you paid for it!! Unless you ASK!!!! I ordered $40 worth of chicken nuggets and fries, and they didn’t give me a SINGLE sauce AGAIN!!! This has happened way too many times!!!!!

  Always looking to skimp on the smallest things. Fry cups not full, drinks partially filled. When you call them out they get defensive. Also this is a purely get you stuff and go location. Too many homeless and youth looking to pick fights.

  Honestly, this place is just frustrating. Last time I came here, they gave me the wrong burger. It clearly wasn’t mine—the wrapper literally said “no ketchup, no pickles, no onions,” and I’ve never customized my order like that. I even showed them my receipt to prove it. Instead of just fixing it, they kept insisting it was my order and acted like I was the one causing trouble. Then they looked at me and said, “So what do you want?” with that kind of attitude… like seriously? And today, I gave them another chance, and then i got cold fries. At this point it’s not even about one mistake—it happens almost every time. Something is always off, and the way they handle it just makes it worse. This place really needs better management because the whole experience is consistently unpleasant.
