- DRDoublex rodriguezSep 19, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for about six or seven years, and I know many of the employees here. Most of the workers have always been very nice, welcoming, and respectful, and I’ve generally had a great experience. But there is one employee, the lady who wears a scarf, whose demeanor I’ve noticed is quite different. Whenever she interacts with customers, she often seems less welcoming. Her facial expressions and eye contact can sometimes give the impression that she doesn’t really want to be there. Of course, I don’t know what she may be going through personally, so I don’t want to assume what she is thinking or feeling. I’m only sharing my experience as a longtime customer. Everyone has bad days, but customer service and making customers feel welcome are important, especially at a place where people have been coming regularly for years.

They started to add whipped cream, so I had to ask them to leave it off. If you're getting paid to do this job, you need to check the order properly.

- EMEmrata MairAug 9, 20261.0this location has seriously gone downhill an employee named Zeenat constantly has an attitude and loudly orders her coworkers around in a rude and disrespectful way to take customers and make the food while she just stands there and be on her phone as if the manager as appointed her that she's the second manager in that Dunkin. It’s uncomfortable to even sit and eat here and once even saw her taking pictures of me without my permission when there was no reason to. I’m honestly surprised management allows this behavior to continue everyday it's that same woman working as if you guys can't afford to hire somebody new???. The quality and service have gotten so bad that I won’t be coming back There are plenty of other Dunkin locations that know how to treat customers properly.
