  The staff here tends to be disrespectful toward customers. I bought an ice cream, and when it turned out not to be the flavor I had ordered, their response was rude; furthermore, they added spoiled hot fudge to my order. They really ought to replace the entire staff working at this place.

  I came to this Dunkin’ At 3:30 AM, April 20 2026 cashier charged $5 dollar for everything bagel with egg and cheese. Toasted He burned the bagel also when I ask for Package black pepper he does not have those he offered me salt When I ask for black pepper. He actually was getting mad at me because he was running back-and-forth with cash register. when he preparing my order. He was using same gloves taking Orders from other customers I was very disappointed zero out of 10 ☹️

  Ordered a ice coffee with no ice. (To drink the following day, because ice will water the coffee down). Guy behind the counter told me if I ordered the drink without ice he will charge me $1.00 for not having ice in the drink… Who does that?

  I have been coming here for years and the staff is nice. They try to keep the place clean 24/7 but there's so much foot traffic! I am surprised at how clean it is considering there's someone new messing up the place every 30 seconds. The late night shift workers (1-3 a.m.) are nice, they seem to be enjoying their work. I like to go at this hour to get a fresh coffee roll! The morning shift workers are swamped with so many orders, they barely have time to talk to each other, let alone customers - but they make a strong effort and they're usually nice. Even when the pick-up order folks come in screaming that they ordered 38 seconds ago and their 2 dozen latte's with 2 dozen sandwiches should already be ready! Overall I think this Dunkin is great, even the manager the nice! I had one interaction with him and he resolved it right away. Great job y'all! ^_^
