I tried ordering a drink that was clearly available in the Dunkin’ app for this specific store as well as listen on a wall menu, but the worker repeatedly insisted they did not have it and said it was not for their location. Even after I showed her the app, she continued arguing instead of simply checking. I decided not to order it, moved away from the line, and my husband continued with his order. When the employee showed him the screen to prove the drink was “not there,” the drink was actually listed on the menu, and he pointed it out. After he said he would order it anyway, the woman employee responded in a RUDE and SASSY tone, saying something along the lines of “No, she said she don’t want it, don’t waste money.” The issue was not the mistake itself, but the attitude and the way the situation was handled. Management should seriously review customer service at this location, because behavior like this not only pushes customers away but also directly hurt sales when employees literally discourage people from placing orders. Unfortunately, we do not plan on returning or recommending this location to others unless situation changes

That's not correct. You should cater to all the nationalities that live in the area. Second of all, there's constantly a gentleman by the door who's always opening it and closing it behind you and expects you to give him a tip. Not a good look for the store and the store could use a better cleaning service or the employees should take pride on how the way the store looks unacceptable
