- LILian IreneAug 7, 20261.0Very disappointing experience with the female staff member at the front counter. When I ordered my coffee, I was very polite and clearly said “less sweet” two or three times. However, the drink came out extremely sweet. I simply asked if she could remake it with less sugar, and instead of handling the situation professionally, she gave me a very rude and dismissive attitude and insisted that I should have said “no sugar.” There is a big difference between “less sweet” and “no sugar.” If a customer politely asks for less sweetness, it shouldn’t be this difficult to understand or correct the drink. What bothered me the most wasn’t even the coffee — it was her attitude. She was unnecessarily rude, acted extremely irritated, and started speaking loudly in another language in front of me, which made the whole interaction feel very uncomfortable and disrespectful. Customer service is a huge part of working at the front counter. She definitely needs additional customer service training on how to communicate with customers professionally and respectfully. Very unpleasant experience.

Which sometimes I understand that they have a lot of order to cover however sometimes the employees just stand there and talk to each other and making joke without even taking the order or talk to the customer. Sometimes they are so rude to the customer and put you in pressure of giving them a good feedback. If the owner of this place or the manager see this place help to train your employees on communicating with the employee and take the job just a little more serious. And I hope the service will get better and quicker.

It took them 20 minutes to make the order, customers that placed their large order got theirs before mine. I waited there for 20 minutes for my coffee, nobody has the time for that when they need to go to work in the morning.

Had to lodge a complaint through corporate to get things resolved. Service is also incredibly slow. Took over 15 minutes just to get my coffee. Try to bypass the waiting time by putting in a mobile order? Jokes on you, they let the print outs pile up and just try to silence the machine. Not worth the headache.

As I'm waiting for my food, I'm looking at the guys making them he put the wraps on the table not on paper or anything then he puts them in the oven. After that I watch him throw and push down garbage inside the garbage bin with the gloves he's preparing food with and proceeds to make another sandwich. I yelled at him "Hey change your gloves" and he he did. Who knows how many times he has done this.
