  This is my usual spot for a quick coffee and simple breakfast because it’s one block away from where I live. However, after the renovation, it seems like they have new staff as well. On May 13, 2026, around 6:30pm, I went there with my husband and child. I specifically ordered a small brown sugar shaken espresso with less ice, the young Desi girl cashier confirmed it. After around 15 mins, she finally got my order done while chatting with her coworker, who’s another desi young girl(that’s why it took he so long to get the drink done). Even after all of this, she had the ice full in my drink, this is insane. I took the drink back and said that I wanted less ice, she was obviously showing some attitude while taking it back. She slowly removed some ice and pressed some ice coffee in my drink. I checked it again after she gave me back, there are about 80% of the bottle is just ice cubes. Seriously, then she went away and laughing with another Desi girl and they started to flirt with a male customer. This is beyond ridiculous. I am very disappointed and I do not want to ever go back anymore.

  I went to this place to try the Dubai Chocolate Sundae. I ordered it through the self-order system with 3 scoops,2 pistachio and 1 chocolate. After waiting more than 10–15 minutes, I had to go ask where my order was because no one had even checked it. Only then did they finally notice it. The staff seemed very confused and unorganized even discussing among themselves about who was going to make the order. It felt extremely unprofessional. On top of that, the sundae looked nothing like the picture and they only gave me 2 scoops instead of 3. One staff member even mentioned that another employee may have missed it. Overall,the experience was very disappointing. The staff did not seem properly trained or familiar with the menu item. I would not return and honestly if I could give 0 stars I would.

  3 representatives, all trying to complete one order while you wait on line. They see you standing on line and still choose to ignore you. 5+ min waiting do i chose to use the kiosk machine. It isnt until a group of men walk in, then they want to pay attention and once I pay on the kiosk machine.
