I had no choice but to use the self-service kiosk. I entered my name, and it was printed on the receipt, but they never called it, even though they were calling everyone else’s orders. When I finally went to ask, they casually told me my order had been sitting there for a while. To make things worse, I ordered an ice cream cone, but they served me the ice cream without the cone. When I pointed it out, they handed me a cone separately with a rude attitude, as if I was the one causing the problem. Very disappointing experience. Customer service needs serious improvement. I won’t be coming back.
