There was no smile or welcoming attitude, and it honestly felt as though taking care of customers was an inconvenience. More importantly, I noticed the young lady preparing my order had been handling garbage while wearing her rubber gloves. I politely asked her to change her gloves before handling my food. She seemed very annoyed by my request, even though I believe it was a reasonable concern regarding cleanliness and food safety. Unfortunately, after that, my order was made incorrectly. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I believe the staff at this location could benefit from additional training in customer service, proper food-handling procedures, and basic professionalism.
