What I received barely looked like a proper pizza—sloppy assembly, uneven toppings, poorly cut slices, and overall just careless preparation. It looked rushed and completely unprofessional. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh either. The onions were harsh and undercooked, the meat was dry, and the cheese was unevenly melted in random clumps. Some slices had almost nothing on them while others were overloaded. It’s clear there’s zero quality control at this location. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer service. I contacted corporate and was told to reach out to the local store since it’s independently owned. It’s now been 12 days, and I haven’t heard a single response. No follow-up, no apology—nothing. This is beyond disappointing. Between the terrible food quality and nonexistent customer support, I will not be ordering from this location again.
