  Last two times I ordered here, the food was inedible. The rice was not cooked and crunchy, and they seem to always leave the onion skin on before slicing and cooking it. I tried to give them another chance since most Chipotle spots are decent. This one is a joke. They had a whole line of about 10 people waiting there for 10 whole minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. I can understand they were busy breaking down another area but one out of the 5 employees could have attended us or at the very least told us it would be a wait. When I went to pay, two coworkers wanted to stop and talk before ringing me up. Very unprofessional service. And less than mediocre food. I won't be returning.

  this chipotle is so dirty and funky. they allow homeless people to wash their hands in the fountain drinks and is extremely dirty. there is trash and soda everywhere. do not eat here unless you want to get food poisoning and be sick.

  im sorry i literally never write negative reviews, but the food was horrible! the bag of chips i got were all stale and all my rice was clumped together, it didn’t even mix :( on top of that, my food was cold! also the counters were messy and i understand being a busy store and all, but it made me uncomfortable eating my food. i highly encourage you, please don’t serve people stale chips and cold food :(

  Usually I'm a fan of Chipotle. I think their Steak Burrito Bowl is really good and the toppings (salsa, corn, guac, sour cream) go with the steak very well. I came by this location because I was on my way to a Mets game and needed something quick to eat. The steak was dry since it was the last bit left in the container and the person working there said that their grill was broken so they wouldn't have any more. The sour cream was very liquidy. The restaurant was very poorly maintained, and trash was left everywhere.

  DISRESPECTFUL AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! My friend, who serves in the military, came here to pick up several meals for me. The portions were ridiculously small, so she politely asked whether they could add a little more. She was NOT asking for free food and was completely willing to pay extra!!! A simple, respectful explanation would have been enough. She also asked about a military discount. The cashier asked for her military ID, but before the conversation went any further, the manager came out and abruptly said there was NO military discount. The discount itself was NEVER the issue—his rude, hostile, and condescending attitude was!!! She left feeling humiliated and completely disrespected, and honestly wondered whether he would have spoken to a male customer the same way. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! WE WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!
