I went in tonight (10/1/26) and it was slammed. There were tons of orders, and they just kept coming. The three men working were doing their absolute best and working to get all the orders together. The delivery drivers were coming in to help as well. I know some people like myself had to wait maybe a bit extra to get our orders, but the staff really did do their best to get everything out. Carlos the manager handled a call from a “Karen” and handled it beautifully even in the middle of this rush. Anyone who has ever worked in the service industry knows mistakes can happen - we’re all human! This staff is great and did a great job working together, and if you ever find yourself waiting for an order a bit after your expected pick up time, or an order is made wrong - just remember the people making your order are human. No one is perfect, treat each other with respect even when things are made wrong, and if you think it’s so easy you can get behind the counter and work! I appreciate this staff and all their hard work 😊

I had an excellent experience at Domino’s Pizza in Florida, NY. From the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone was courteous and made us feel like our order mattered. The store itself was spotless. The counters, ordering area, and overall restaurant were very clean and well maintained, which immediately stood out. It is clear that the employees take pride in the location and in providing a good experience for customers. The food was just as impressive. The pizza was hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly, with a great crust and generous toppings. We also ordered garlic bread, and it was fresh and delicious. What really stood out to me was that neither the pizza nor the garlic bread was greasy at all—something we have unfortunately experienced at other Domino’s locations. Everything tasted fresh, properly prepared, and not rushed. This is easily one of the better Domino’s locations we have visited. Great staff, a very clean store, and consistently fresh food make a big difference. We will absolutely be coming back and would definitely recommend the Florida, NY location to others.

This place is not well run. Very disorganized. I ordered on the app and when I got there to pick it up they could not find my order. Apparently they gave it away. Never admitted to doing that (I overheard them talking). And then had to make my entire order all over again while I sat there waiting another 20 min. While waiting, a number of people came in to either pick an order up or order at the counter and they were ignored. At the end, I received a half hearted apology and a free sauce for the wait. Save your time and money and avoid this place.

Have only ever ordered delivery. They’re always on time. Of course it’s not proper pizza if I wanted to get proper pizza, I would get it. But sometimes I want Domino’s and it hits every time from this location!!!
