- IAIqbal AhmedMay 12, 20261.0The guy with the "Walid" tag on him is not a nice guy. I purchased a coffee roll, and he gave me an old one. As I tasted it, it was old. I went back from my table to purchase a fresh one. When I asked for a fresh one, he responded that it was made this morning. I further explained that a coffee roll is my daily routine and that it was not fresh. With some attitude, he said, "Bring that one; I will give you something like a donut." He said, "Bring it back; I will exchange it." The main part of my complaint is: I never asked for an exchange in the first place. Second, the coffee roll was on my table, not in my hand, when he said, "Bring that one." If I were the owner of this store, I would never let him work or deal with customers. He thinks every customer is like he himself.

When I asked for two scoops in a small container, the employee raised her voice at me instead of simply explaining the policy. Her tone was rude and condescending, which drew attention from other customers and made the situation uncomfortable and embarrassing. Good customer service requires patience and understanding, especially when a customer is unfamiliar with the menu. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I ordered a caramel chocolate espresso and the lady repeated it back to me several times so I assumed they understood my order. She and another lady told the male barista to not put cold foam in my drink several times. By the time I got my drink it was a raspberry mocha latte that tasted horrible and I had to step in and tell the male barista to not put cold foam in my drink as he was about to. Also noticed they told the gentleman before me that he didn’t specify no ice in his drink when he did. So it wasn’t just me. I was running late so I didn’t have time to ask them to make my drink again. Still, don’t expect them to get your order right no matter how many times you say what you want.
