- JMJhor MMay 13, 20263.0Manager needs retraining. He’s actually pretty aggressive and for no reason. For some reason there was some discrepancy with my sip club and what offerings they have. Something they previously offered was no longer offered, I asked if this changed and the person at the desk stated no it’s always been this way so I took my phone out to look it up, she said to wait and proceeded to get a manager. Saying pleasantries and actually being pleasant is two different things and he was by no means pleasant. However he stated “it’s no longer apart of the sip club” which means it once was and asking for clarity should not be met with aggression. No plan on patronizing this location any further that was unsettling and rude to say the very least. I will be submitting this feedback directly to customer care through Panera as well. This persons name is Daryl and he was horrendous in service. Maybe he belongs behind a computer where he doesn’t need to answer anyone’s questions.

I then had to wait a further 40 minutes, which is quite unreasonable considering the order was simply a macaroni cheese bread bowl along with two cookies. Unfortunately, this experience reflects a lack of efficiency and consistency, and as such I will be rating this Panera Bread location one star. If you are looking for quicker and more reliable service, I would recommend visiting the Panera Bread branch on Dutchess Turnpike in Poughkeepsie instead.
