And we spoke to the manager and she was appalled that the drink was half empty. She said there is no policies regarding no ice half drinks. And I received a refund for the drink that I got after. I want to state that the 4 stars are for the morning crew only, I have not had a bad experience ever with the morning crew! The afternoon crew needs a little work on their customer service. I’ve been coming to this location for over a year, usually twice a day, because I work in the plaza across from it. During that entire time, I’ve never had an issue ordering an iced tea with no ice, filled to the top like any other drink. I typically order it this way because I’m saving it for later rather than drinking it immediately. This afternoon, the younger employee working only filled the cup about halfway. My friend had online ordered it (see photos) and When my girlfriend picked it up, she asked why it wasn’t full, and the employee responded with a noticeable attitude. I then brought the drink back and asked if it could be remade. Unfortunately, she was very rude to me and the two people I was with. To avoid making the situation any bigger, I ended up paying for another drink. So my friend essentially paid for a drink for no reason. Instead of ringing it up as an iced tea, she charged it as a coffee, so I actually paid more than I should have for an iced tea with ice. She explained that she had gotten in trouble earlier in her shift for filling no ice drinks to the top, but I’ve ordered this exact drink almost every day for the past year and have never once had an issue. I understand if policies change, but there was no need for the attitude or poor customer service. A simple explanation and respectful interaction would have made all the difference.

- SMS MomoMay 31, 20263.0They do not cook their bagels enough so they are very dense and pale. This is the third time I have had an undercooked bagel. Dunkin' donuts is a franchise so I'm not sure how this happens. Even after toasting they are gross. The drinks are also hit or miss.

This has been a problem since they opened. In my opinion, this is the worst wait time I’ve experienced. Please make it better. There were 4 cars behind me by the time I got to make an order.
