  I’ve never been to a more consistently bad Chipotle in my life. They are constantly understaffed. The constantly run out of food. I’m not exaggerating…..I have been here 7 times now and I’ve never managed to buy chips. They always say they are sold out as I’m looking at 20 bags behind the counter (they say those are reserved for online orders which makes absolutely no business sense at all). They never have protein available and when they do it’s old and tasteless. They never have white rice. Always running out of sour cream. It’s just honestly the worst chipotle I have bet been to. And it’s not like they have good days and bad days…..no! Every single visit is a problem. Something serious needs to be done about this place. Corporate would lose it if they found out about this place.

  Haven’t ordered from Chipotle in a while. We were Very disappointed in the accuracy and the quality of the food. Ordered it online through the app and picked it up. The tortilla on the side was pretty hard, even though it was hot. A burrito bowl had hardly any Sofrito in it. Requested extra cheese got very little cheese. Requested light on the lettuce got too much lettuce. The bowl was ice cold. My partner had a burrito and it was also ice cold. I have a feeling they prepare this way ahead of time because of the evening rush. Also, the bowl was leaking and got all over my car seat. I would not order from there again.

  I have had issues with the quality of the food before but I thought I would give it another shot, and BOY WAS I WRONG!!!!! I ordered a veggie burrito bowl and a side of Guacamole i specifically paid almost $4 extra for and it was legit BROWN!!!! I couldn’t eat it! Im so upset I spent extra and couldn’t even eat it! There was SO much Cilantro in the rice I just tasted a mouthful of cilantro that tasted like soap! IT WAS REALLY GROSS! I rarely waste food but I will not be recommending this dish or place at all!

  This place was absolutely disgusting. I understand that things can get busy, especially during a rush, and you may not have time to straighten everything up right away. However, there is no excuse for how filthy this location was. The tables were dirty, the drink station was filthy, the area by the forks was a mess, and there were chips sitting on top of the fridge. They had no water cups or regular-size cups available—only large cups—and expected customers who wanted a regular drink to pay for a large cup. I didn't even get a photo of the overflowing trash can on the outside patio, but it was completely ridiculous. The entire restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained. I would never visit this location again. Chipotle has really fallen off, but this location takes the cake so far

  They may have some employees that care about preparing a food in a timely manner or with care. My experience yesterday shows that nobody cares how long you wait or if they do a good job.
