  I can’t remember if they’ve ever gotten my order correct because it’s been wrong so many times. I give them a chance every once in a while to see if they’ve gotten it together and they never seem to. ALWAYS a missing item (or 2 or 3). I’m beginning to wonder if the staff can even read.

  Every time I deign to eat here it's like they told somebody who has never heard of a burrito what a burrito might be. Just the concept of a burrito. Then they fill it so full of rice, and maybe a quarter of the amount you want of everything else. I think the only pieces of steak and pico I got on my burrito were the 3 pieces that fell out the bottom of the poorly wrapped tortilla. I know Chiptole isn't supposed to be some fine dining, but for almost $15 you can at least put 4 pieces of meat.

  Chipotle makes plenty of money. They can afford to hire workers. Super long line. One person making food. No napkins. No hot sauce. Not clean.

  The line was relatively small about 10 people in front of me took 25 minutes to get up to order. Got half a scoop of brown rice (only option) chicken was cold (only option) the workers could care less the cook was just complaining about the place I wouldn’t recommend this location. The location is dirty with trash overflowing, forks and lids are thrown everywhere the tables have trash on them

  Horrible customer service it seems as if there is a bunch of young people working there with no management guidance. Also, the place is like a dump when you walk in there's garbage everywhere, and the tables are dirty. Even the prep area where they prepare food was disgusting. I would not eat from here.
