  absolutely horrible service. the kids working tonight were miserable. i waited an hour for my food for them to tell me last second they do not have chips. they made me wait an hour for my online order. this is the second time i’ve ordered from here this week and they have no chips both times. so i had my reward i wanted to use since they didn’t have them last time. still no chips. what a shocker. if they make them fresh, where are they and why are we running out at 6:30 pm on a thursday. it just seems crazy! chipotle, work on your management at this location.

  This is one of the dirtiest chipotles I’ve ever been to. Food was all over the serving counter falling into neighboring bins which likely explains the bad reviews where people had food they didn’t order in their bowls and burritos. The drink dispenser is empty and disgusting as well. The tables and floor were all covered in food.

  I found a piece of meat in my vegan sofritas burrito today. I ordered in person and saw them preparing the burrito. I watched them scoop it from the correct container so there seems to be some cross contamination going on. I'm grateful that eating vegan is a personal preference and not because of a serious food allergy

  wish i saw these reviews before going to this location today . the place was absolutely filthy upon arriving . floor definitely has not been swept or mopped in days if not weeks . that should have been my red flag but i was hungry and craving a burrito ! i get to the counter they were out of barbacoa, chicken, white rice, QUESO etc etc etc . the counters where they make the food were disgusting . my boyfriend and i left . it's like there's no adults running that place ; zero management .

  On 7/27/26 a friend and I went to this Chipotle in Fishkill NY at around 9 pm and I was in shock of how disgusting the food counter was. Even the glass counter was dusty and dirty. I asked if there was a manager and one of the employees, a young female became annoyed when I told her this was disgusting, concerning and unacceptable. She said they were too busy to stop and clean with an attitude and proceeded to call me old. I have been to many Chipotle locations and some way busier and not ever have I seen such filth. This looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day and literally looked like there was a food fight. Finally when the manager came out she just appeased me and said she was on her 30 minute break insinuating this happened in the last 30 minutes. J told her if this is what the customers are seeing in the front it was concerning to know what it looks like in the back. The only reason I bought the food was because it was served in front of me but everything was low and the employees were not in sync and refilling. The manager seemed to be the failure here and the young lady who was disrespectful needs training on customer service. Unfortunately I do not have their names at this moment. After I explained to the manager how this was disgusting she then left and went back to the back to continue her break I suppose without even telling any of the employees to clean up the mess. Totally disregarded the filth. The take out station was also a mess as well as the floor and the eating area. I was hoping to write a letter to corporate and send these pictures but had no luck. I even called the store to speak to the GM who was not there so I will be calling back. This was just sad and disappointing. After looking at these pics again. I should have never bought my food there that day.
