  We have ordered from Chipotle’s many times. My kids love it. However when I ordered the regular chicken, same they always get , the kids couldn't eat it all because it was much spicer than it usually is . I even couldn't eat it. So I brought the entitire burritos back for a refund and was told it’s wasn’t their fault , I was the one that ordered it . The manager showed no compassion to the situation at all, continued to say it was my fault since I ordered it and they wouldn’t do a refund . And I was told to call the 800 number , when I asked the managers name she refused , even after I explained it was just so I could tell the next rep who I talked to that I had indeed spoke to a manger at the restaurant. She continued to say she didn’t have to tell me. Again . No compassion and awful customer service . As I said before , we eat there all the time and everyone gobbles it up . So for whatever reason it was to hot this time and the manger did not care and rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders at me. Not good Chipotle, not good at all.

  Normally, I love chipotle. I would say that regional management probably needs to come in and evaluate. The place was completely filthy. The drink station was filthy, the counter behind the food was filthy, and the garbage was overflowing, stacked far above the actual garbage can.

  Sisi, an employee here, is a true veteran. Didn’t flinch when I asked for a Quesarito (the chipotle secret menu item— which is a true game-changer). Anyways— sisi is awesome!

  I went to pick up my order and the store was disgusting! No clean tables, food all over the floor! I had a pick up but they don't put the orders out so I stood there for 10 minutes before someone told me they don't put the online orders out anymore! Totally disappointed because I like the food!

  Candace is the star of the show here! What a PHENOMENAL employee. I got done with placing my order and arrived at the register to be greeted by a friendly smile, eager to help. She was very patient as I fumbled through my cards when one declined. She is clearly a force for good and positivity at this location. As soon as I was all set she was onto the next customer, unrelenting positivity in full force. A following customer made a very unkind gesture and stormed off. Candace wasn't be shaken by such silly actions. She remained pleasant, patient, and reserved in her reception of such malice. Next level customer service on full display! By time I was leaving I noticed she was away from the register cooking now as well, a true woman of many talents. Candace ought to get a raise and a promotion and a 3 day weekend. Service workers with this level of grit and resilience are the backbone of fantastic establishments like Fayetteville Chipotle. Go Candace and Team!
